Job Responsibility
Direct
Management and supervision of installation, testing, operations and maintenance
activities of industrial machinery. Expert on identifying electrical and
mechanical problems of engine / machinery / equipment and facilitating smooth
run. Develop test requirements and assist in electrical equipment checkout and
start up. To service, repair & maintain Electronic parts of Heavy Equipment
such as Hydraulic / Pneumatic Machinery / PLC system machinery/ Boiler/Diesel
Generator and others. Ensure all electrical equipment's are operational and
maintained as per the standards. Achieves electrical engineering operational
objectives by contributing electrical engineering information and
recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Ensure that a full preventative
maintenance plan is established and adhered to through scheduled day to day
maintenance activities. Test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment,
appliances, apparatus and fixtures. Must be Knowledge about international
compliance body's guideline; related to electrical work. Proven track record of
working, root cause analysis & trouble shooting in the electrical. Expert
on Installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of sub-station
equipment. Train all maintenance staffs & workers (technicians, supervisors
and workers) in operation, cleaning & maintenance of equipment. Review all
process, procedures & ensure its smooth run to minimize downtime with
effective & prompt action. Supervise and oversee all electric & utility
machine operations and provide technical support whenever required. Perform
trouble shooting of maintenance and overhauling work on the prime movers &
auxiliaries. List out and maintain the required electric items for all
equipment's and machineries.
